Tania (Scarlet Empires Book 2) Page 3

  “What’s the catch, Tania?”

She clenches her hands on the back of my neck and brings my mouth down to hers. Her little tongue swirls around mine, and I feel like I’m drunk. Drunk with happiness.

“What’s the catch, Tania?” I rasp.

She kisses me deeper as her hand moves down and slips under my jeans. Her fingers close around my cock, and my sense of control evaporates without a trace.

“I’ll do anything,” I say. “Just ask, sweetheart. I’m all yours.”

“We’ll talk over that dinner you wanted to have with me.”

She plants a kiss on my neck, and my fingers dig into her hips. She hisses in pain.

I close her mouth with mine and kiss her hard, my teeth scratching her lower lip. Her hand strokes my cock up and down. My muscles tense up. The tension inside me builds rapidly and seeks relief. I feel Tania’s fingers manipulate the zip in my jeans. She frees my cock and looks down. A gasp leaves her mouth, and she stiffens.

  Tania

His cock is nearly as thick as my forearm. Huge. As stiff as a pole. I see veins and a drop of precum that emerges from the tip. I realise I like the feeling of making him so hard for me, but I’m scared of his size.

  “Tania.”

I raise my eyes to his. “Your women must scream with pain.”

  “I don’t fuck humans. Ever.”

  “No?”

“Only half-goddesses and that’s only sometimes. That had been before I found you.”

Heat rushes to my cheeks, and I pull back. Wuylir shoots his arms towards me and tugs me to him.

“I thought I’d lost you forever,” he says, enclosing me with his arms. “Don’t be jealous.”

  “I’m not jealous.”

I think I’m angry. That’s not the same emotion as jealousy, right? Then the whole meaning of his words hits me.

“What do you mean that you lost me, Wuylir?”

  “It’s a long story.”

  “Tell me.”

  “Over the dinner.”

  “No, tell me now.”

“We met, Tania, a long time ago. You were a goddess.”

“That’s fucking impossible. I can be reborn in another dimension but only as a human. That’s what the monks from the abbey say.”

  “You were my wife.”

It all sounds as impossible as my mom’s stories. Yet here I am, stuck in this castle on Earth, with a god as my host. My husband.

“You loved your wife?” I ask, my voice dry.

“More than anything.” He pushes me away and puts his dick back into his trousers. Torment sharpens his face. “Let’s eat something nice. Let’s talk like two normal people.”

I feel like a rock has struck against my brain. “Let’s eat something.”

  Wuylir

I take a pair of jeans and a t-shirt out of the wardrobe and hand them to her. She puts them on, slides her feet into knee-high black boots and grabs a red leather jacket.

“I like the clothes,” she says.

  “I like them too.”

She clenches her hands in front of her stomach. “They say gods can’t love.”

  “They say the truth.”

  “But you and your wife…”

“I’m genetically defective.” My jaw muscles twitch. “As is all my kin.”

“So when there are two of you like this you start a family or something? I’ve never heard of a married god.”

“That’s because we never marry. We sometimes pair to produce offspring, that’s all.”

“But she was your wife… You said…”

“I called her my wife.” I roll my fingers into fists. “She was selected for me so we could produce offspring, but it happened that we couldn’t have children. I fell in love with her though.”

  Memories enter my head—

—I’m three hundred years old in human terms. I’ve been attending the Academy for fifty Earth years and it’s my first half-term. The whole training takes four hundred years and half-terms are every fifty years.

I jump into my small spaceship of an oval shape and of a steel colour that’s parked in front of a golden building. It accommodates the Academy’s library. The exterior and interior walls glitter and blur because they’re build of pure intelligent energy. It’s solid when required—the energy can form stairs or desks with chairs. It can turn into a mist when one wants to move inside the building.

The library is like one enormous hard drive and the students can access the data, using the cobweb of higher energy particles. They look like the beams of laser in all shades of blue. The high-born of my race can access more of the knowledge stored in here—the gods from a lower background—peasants like me, can access less. They say we’re less intelligent so we can’t absorb so much knowledge. I don’t give a fuck. I am who I am and I’m proud of myself. The high-born dicks will sometimes break my arm or my nose, but I’ll give them the same in return.

I start the engine and my spaceship rises from the landing pad which is a platform seated on two pillars that rise from the Golden Sea—the smallest of Atlantis’ seas. A similar yet larger platform holds the Academy. I access the four-dimensional passage of a bright grey colour that leads me from the Academy to Neivis. Fyslene’s house stands there.

Excitement surges through me. We’re going to have our first coupling. I was officially introduced to her in the Academy three years ago, and she suggested using her house for our couplings.

I exit the passage and sit my spaceship in front of Fyslene’s house. It’s build of emerald energy that flows like waterfalls. Majestic trees surround it, their crowns navy, shimmery, as their trunks shine like the ocean on Earth at night. I get off as a spiral staircase forms and leads me up to one of the towers. I enter a room and see Fyslene. My heart skips a beat. She’s on an enormous green bed with two human men. I feel my throat tighten as my eyes sweep over the fury of her long golden hair and her round ass—she’s riding one man while the other one is fucking her mouth. Sweat beads her olive skin.

They stop and Fyslene turns her face to me. Her purple eyes narrow as her lips curl into a half-smile.

“Come on, Wuylir,” she says. “My ass needs your attention.”

My dick twitches in my pants. Fyslene laughs and kisses the man who’s lying beneath her.

I stifle the urge to kill him.

“You’re so young, Wuylir,” Fyslene says.

My eyes sweep over the room and I see two clones getting fucked by four human men.

Right. The high-born of my race love orgies. Our peasants, especially the ones like me, don’t.

“Strip and come here,” Fyslene says.

“I’ll pop in another time,” I say, backing up.

“Come on,” she teases. “That’s just fun.”

  “I’m not a funny man,” I say.

She snorts and jumps off the bed. “Alright.” She saunters towards me, her hips swaying, inviting, promising pleasure. My dick screams to fuck. “So young,” she murmurs and strokes my cheek with her finger. She looks over her shoulder, and I feel a jolt of her energy as she uses her telepathic ability to get rid of the men and clones. “Only you and me? Maybe it could be fun. Entertain me, Wuylir.”

He hand slips under my trousers, and she strokes my hard cock. My rationality evaporates without a trace.

—I return from my reverie, and my eyes meet Tania’s. The disgust caused by my memories lingers inside me, but it fades the moment my eyes travel to Tania’s sinfully beautiful lips.

“I loved her,” I say. “And I was young and stupid. I took her to planet Revia so we could have our perfect little life there. So we could be a family there. A family like humans’ families. But being like humans is forbidden when you’re a god. We’re forbidden to love.” I pause as Tania covers my hand with hers. “I thought we’d be safe and happy, but the Council’s knights came and put us both in prison. They wanted to set the example so they threw us into the Arena.”

  Tania

; He rubs his forehead with the edge of his hand and I see it shake. “There were one hundred humans in the Arena with us. They said if we’d killed them all we’d have been freed. Otherwise it was going to be two millennia of imprisonment.”

I see droplets of sweat bead his forehead as he blinks a few times.

“You didn’t want to kill them?” I say.

“No, I didn’t. But Fyslene didn’t care. She started killing them so I tried to stop her. I… I…had to stop her. There were five children in there. I had to…save them.” Torment sharpens his face and he looks like he’s in the Arena back again.

Something stabs my heart. “Don’t say anything. I know everything now.” Tears prick my eyes, and I feel the urge to take this torment away from him.

“That was enough for the Council and they set me free.”

  “I’m so sorry, Wuylir.”

“I looked for her incarnation,” he says, “on every planet I visited.” He looks at me. “I looked for her until I found her on Zaria.”

  “I’m not her.”

“No,” he says with passion. “You are so much more than her.”

  I’m not her.

I’m not evil and the love of his life was. An evil ruthless bitch. I hope she suffered before she died. I hope she suffered an excruciating pain. I hope she wept and begged for her life to be spared. I hope she died for good.

They’re immortals. A millennium feels for them as fifty moon cycles would feel for us. My dad told me to respect life. I’d go to jail for a hundred moon cycles in order to save life. And so would Wuylir.

I move closer to him and hold his hand in mine. “Let’s eat something nice.”

  ***

We jump on his bike and he takes me to the nearest town. As we stop in front of a building with white exterior walls and a thatched roof, I sweep my eyes over the humans sitting outside it in the front garden. They’re settled under big umbrellas.

“This is called a pub,” Wuylir says.

  “Smells nice.”

“They serve the best food in town.”

We enter the pub and sit at a round table by a square window that’s adorned with a brown flowery curtain. I look out and watch three kids playing in a sandpit.

“They like the same things as we do,” I say.

  “More or less.”

A woman approaches us and flashes us a smile. “Are you ready to order?”

Wuylir nods and tells her to bring us two glasses of orange juice and two servings of chicken stew with dumplings. The woman walks off and he pulls my chair closer to his.

“What do you think?” He kisses my temple, takes my hand and plants a kiss on my knuckles.

“It’s nice.” I sweep my eyes over the interior. “Lower than the dining room in Nassara, but cosy. Warm. Rather dark. It’s made of Earth wood, right?”

Wuylir’s eyes narrow as one corner of his lips crooks up. “Yes.”

I plant a kiss on his chin.

He growls like he’s contented. “You want something from me.”

A few things. But I need to spread my demands over a longer period of time and make him a happy man. When he’s happy, he’s behaving like a little boy.

“I wanted to ask you about my Earth grandparents,” I say.

  “I knew you’d ask.”

I take his hand and draw his thumb into my mouth, swirling my tongue around the tip.

Wuylir chuckles. “You want to see them?”

“You can take me to them? Are they still alive?”

  “I can. Tomorrow?”

  “Are they alive, Wuylir?”

  “Tomorrow, Tania.”

I guess he wants to have me at his mercy the same way I want to have him at my mercy.

I lean towards him and put my hand on the front of his trousers, stroking his erection up and down. The gasp leaving his mouth and the blaze in his eyes tell me that he really is at my mercy.

“Tania,” he says and the low guttural growl follows. “You little enchantress.”

Our food arrives on the table, tearing us out of our tiny hot reality. The woman serving us stares at Wuylir as though she wants to eat him.

“You want me to claw your eyes out?” I say. “He’s my husband. Can’t you see, you moron?”

The woman shudders, her eyes as wide as two wells, and she storms off. I grab a spoon and dip it into my food. It smells delicious.

Wuylir scratches his head, but he says nothing.

  Chapter 5

  Wuylir

She moans and smacks her lips and spills the stew over the table, but watching her is like the ultimate pleasure. Everything is so fresh with her. So pristine. On the other hand, the sense of familiarity is strong like we’ve been married since forever. I don’t know. Everything is right. New yet right.

It feels so different to the relationship I had with Fyslene.

Tania feels like she’s part of me. Like she’s always been part of me. Not to mention that my girl is a she-wolf. That’s not surprising—Vahan is a wolf at heart.

I like wolves. I love Tania’s inner wolf.

  Thoughts course through my head.

I can preserve her body with my state-of-the-art medical equipment so she can live three times longer than her kind, but she’ll die one day.

Pain squeezes my heart. She’s everything to me.

Humans die, but I want to be like a human anyway. For Tania. For my brother, Vahan. For myself.

Tania tips her glass to her lips and takes a sip. She chuckles.

“It’s sour and cold,” she says.

  “It’s very healthy.”

I raise my thumb and wipe a drop of sauce away from her chin.

She winks at me. “Can we fuck in here?”

  “No.”

“Why not?” Anger tinges her voice. “That wooden divider—“

It turns me on even more, but I shake my head. “Fucking in public places is a criminal offence here.”

“That’s weird.” She rises to her feet. “Take me to your house then.”

  “Our house.”

She leans in and plants a kiss on my forehead. “Our house.”

“I want to buy you flowers.”

Her eyes gleam. “Buy me ten bunches of flowers.” She shakes her head. “No, twenty. Every species they sell here. I want them all. Spoil me rotten, Wuylir.”

“I want to spoil you rotten every day.”

She raises her hand and glides her thumb over my lower lip. I rise to my feet in one abrupt motion, causing her to sigh.

  “Let’s go,” I say.

We need to leave the pub or I’ll bend her over the table and fuck her in here. She makes me act like I’m a mad animal. My heart pounds in my chest in rhythm with hers. Our hearts beat as one. Our souls are as one.

  Tania

Wuylir drags me out of the pub, his eyes wild. He reaches to the pocket of his cut and takes an item out.

“Sunglasses,” he says. “My eyes are probably…shining.”

“Yes, they’re like gems. They’re shining like Dianes.”

“We need to be careful here, Tania. Earth people don’t know there are three gods here.” He strokes my head. “Let’s get you a pair of sunglasses too.”

I don’t fucking understand why we need to hide who we are, but I’m so excited when Wuylir hands me my own pair of sunglasses. I forget about unaware Earth people and drink in my surroundings. I love Earth. The odours are horrible, but I’m getting used to them. The clothes are really nice—practical, but they cover too much. I love sightseeing. Every tiny detail grips my attention—bins, pigeons, buses, little houses squeezed against one another, the diversity of skin colours, the diversity of hair colours. It’s like every human on Earth is different. Some are tall; some are short and some are of medium height. Very weird.

“We need to be careful,” Wuylir says, his voice solemn.

“Alright. I’m not stupid, you know.” There must be a reason for his warning, and I’m not a moron.

&n
bsp; I can see that he’s a rebel. I can see that being with me makes him even the greater rebel.

I’m going to learn everything fast.

My eyes meet his, and I see a smirk play on his lips.

We enter a flower shop, and Wuylir buys me a bunch of roses. They’re so intensely red that my eyes hurt. They smell like my mother’s precious oils. More flowers will be delivered to our house soon.

Wuylir takes me back to his house, and we go to my bedroom, holding hands. I can sense his impatience. His hunger.

We tumble in, and I put my hands on the waistband of his trousers. Wuylir shakes his cut and t-shirt off, and my eyes sweep over his perfect muscles. He is a beautiful man. His skin has a delicate white shimmer when he’s aroused—it’s like an aura, or a halo. It’s denser as time goes by. I must be a powerful turn on to him.

I bend my neck forward, and I plant a kiss on his pec, and then swirl my tongue around his nipple. His body shivers, and my core pulses. I free his stiff cock and stroke him gently. His eyes roll back. His breathing accelerates.

He tears my jacket and t-shirt off then unhooks my bra. I see primal lust in his eyes as his hands knead my breasts.

“You are so beautiful,” he says, his voice sounding pained.

“As beautiful as her?” Bile rises up to my throat for some mysterious reason.

Yes, I hate her. I wish she were alive so I could break her nose.

Wuylir grunts. “More beautiful. Different. Unique.”

His compliment causes warmth to wash over my heart. I squeeze his balls so eager to pleasure him, and he grunts. I lower to my knees.

“You sure?” Wuylir says, his eyes blazing violently.

  “Yes.”

He nods, and I wrap my mouth around the head of his cock. The precum layers my tongue—a bit salty in taste, delicious.

His cock is really big. Even the head of it makes my cheeks hurt.

Wuylir’s hand lands on the back of my head, and he pushes me towards his hips. I take him deeper into my mouth as my fingers close around the base. I put my other hand on his thigh and feel the hardness of his muscles.

Wuylir winds my hair around his fist and slides his cock deeper, touching my throat. I gag, and he lets out a wild growl.

He pulls out, hooks me under my arms with his hands and lifts me off the floor. I land on the bed as he removes my boots and tugs my trousers down. I wiggle out of them and remove my panties. Wuylir shakes his trousers off and kneels between my splayed knees.
